Epta Finland Oy merged with Epta Refrigeration Oy

Epta simplifies its group structure in Finland
 

Epta's target is to support business efficiency by keeping the group's legal structure simple. Last spring, in line with this, Epta initiated the merger of Epta Finland Oy, a company operating the sales of commercial refrigeration equipment, into Epta Refrigeration Oy, a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment.

The merger was completed as planned at the end of September, and as of October 1, 2025, both the manufacturing and sales of refrigeration equipment will be carried out in Finland under the company name Epta Finland Oy and business ID FI19326430.

The organizations and areas of responsibility remain unchanged, with Mika Aaltonen continuing to be responsible for sales and customer service in Finland and the Baltic countries, and Arto Salonen for the operations of the Porvoo factory. Matteo Dipentina, who previously served as Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the company's CEO. 

Epta Services Oy, which provides maintenance and refrigeration contracting services, will continue to operate as before.
